Howard specializes in out of the ground multi-family/hotel/condo high rise construction. He holds an Associate Engineering degree from the University of Florida, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU.

Howard's expertise stems from his involvement with all sides of the development industry from working as an in-house construction manager to an asset manager for major property owners/developers in the New York & Florida real estate market.
